Kyocera's very cool looking Pocket Cosmo supports Tao's intent PersonalJava edition.

The user interface of the Pocket Cosmo, unlike mainstream PDAs, features rich menus supporting 3D movement, smooth scrolling and instantaneous switching of applications.

Hardware specifications: 206 MHz Intel StrongARM SA-1110 processor, 40 MB Flash ROM, 32 MB RAM, a Compact Flash Type II slot, a 3.5" 16-bit TFT touch-sensitive display with resolution of 240 x 320 pixels, rechargeable Lithium ion battery.

Uses aJile's aJ-100 CPU, which executes Java bytecode natively for better speed. Specs: 8 MB of Flash ROM and 8 MB of PSRAM, mp3 decoder and FM synthesizer for audio support; 240x320 QVGA touch screen with full 16-bit color; QWERTY thumb board and 4 way directional control; Expansion MMC slot, with Compact Flash slot or IrDA port available separately; USB port; internal Lithium-Ion battery.

The aJ-100WRP also supports cellular connectivity to act as a mobile phone, with either GSM/GPRS or CDMA 2000. It comes with the usual assortment of PIM applications, telephony tools, email, a web browser, and SMS support.
